"For the last 6–7 years, I’ve been with State Farm, and they’ve had my back every single time. Any accident, any question, any moment where life decided to get dramatic — State Farm was right there. But what really sets them apart isn’t the insurance. It’s the people. And forget “Jake from State Farm.” For me, it’s Shirley and Ashley from State Farm — the real stars of the show. Walking into their office feels like stepping into the TV show Cheers — where everybody knows your name, your story, your kids, your car, and probably what snack you like. I walk in and it’s like, “Timothy!” (Cue theme music.) That’s the kind of comfort and familiarity they give. Sure, I could find cheaper insurance somewhere else, but cheaper doesn’t come with this kind of family energy. Cheaper doesn’t come with people who make you feel at home — like you already know where the bathroom is and you can grab a refreshment without asking. That’s real love right there. Their service is top‑tier — callbacks, clear answers, and if they don’t know something, they go get it and hit me right back. At this point, we’re on a first‑name basis because that’s how genuine the relationship is. They’ve been with me through everything: kids going off to college, little fender benders, furloughs, and those “Lord, when is this paycheck coming?” moments. No matter what life threw at me, they always showed up. I’m grateful for State Farm, but I’m especially grateful for Shirley and Ashley. They’re the reason I’m still here, and the reason I’ll continue to stay. Like the old commercial says, “Like a good neighbor…” — but in my world, the neighbors’ names are Shirley and Ashley."

"I just wanted to leave this review for Ms Shirley M who works @ Joe Mitchell’s office, this Lady is the absolute best I was gonna leave State Farm because of the severe price hike but the only reason I Stayed with State Farm is because of Ms Shirley, the customer service I get from her you can’t put a price on from day 1 (one) she has always went above and beyond to make sure you are absolutely taken care of and will sit on that phone with as long as it takes to make sure you are satisfied sometimes if take to long she would say “well let me call you back I know you at work” and would do just that. I absolutely love this lady State Farm has a true Customer Service Gem Thanks Ms Shirley M. You are the best."

"I want to send a huge thank-you to Ashley and Daisy for their outstanding help! I had an issue with my account that came from the Underwriting Department, and Ashley went above and beyond to get it resolved. She didn’t just accept the first answer, she kept investigating until she found the mistake and made sure it was corrected. And a special shoutout to Daisy, who was always so pleasant and kind every time I called (and I called a lot!). Her patience and positivity made a stressful situation much easier. "I am so grateful for Shirley! These are unprecedented and trying times we are living in, but Shirley has continually reached out to check in on me. She was helpful in my homeowners insurance and went the extra mile to get the necessary information to the mortgage company. She called to inquire about my car insurance and she really stuck in there with me. I wanted to make the switch but I could not find the time! Shirley was patience and hung in there with me. She remained flexible and I so appreciate it. It’s one thing to save money but when the people make it easy for you to do so, you want to keep all your business with them. I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!"

"Well, I’ve been with State Farm for over 20 years. OK when this man came to my daycare to look for good care and educating kids in my daycare center he started using me as their daycare provider and so intern I bought insurance with him. It hasn’t always been peaches and cream, but whenever I was in need of really getting some advice and help from him, he was always there Joe Mitchell and Shirley and Daisy. They were all there for me and experience with them is very good. I just feel that you know I’m paying $268 a month for a car insurance which is I’m struggling with that and then I pay four 7667 for life insurance so right now I need to inquire to them. Is there any other way that I could go down because I’m struggling to pay this But I haven’t had a chance to really talk with Joe yet but I will OK but other than that in State Farm has been there for me for over 20 years and it was a great experience to have that. Thank you God bless you."
