I have had only positive experiences with this Statefarm office. I have been a customer since 2021 and Ms. Shirley has provided consistent personal and quality customer service every time I have spoken with her. She helped me get my car insurance policy when I first switched to Statefarm, then my renters insurance, over time supplemental health insurance, and recently a life insurance policy. She is knowledgeable, personable, and effective. She has many years of experience. I recently got the chance to be served by Ashleigh and had just as quality of an experience. I appreciate how she takes the time to get to know clients to foster relationships with them instead of making things solely about business. Anytime I come into the office I am greeted with friendly faces and a personal welcome by Mr. Joe. It is evident that he cares about people and their lives. It is no wonder why many people sing the praises of his team because he is setting the example himself. I been with State Farm insurance for at least 50 years. These past few years I been working exclusively with Mrs Shirley, she has made it a pleasure and great comfort in handling all my insurance needs. I’m sure there are others who are as knowledgeable as she is but the way she has treated me as a customer I prefer to stick with her.
